Japan Trip / Lolita finds!

I have been seriously slacking on the updates here.... I apologize to people who actually read my blog. I've had a lot of issues as of late (mostly concerning my family). I have a little more time on my hands now and I will be trying to update a lot more! I am planning on making a tutorial on how to make chocomint-like star hairclips (as soon as I find a good clip for them) and how to make these really cute star bracelets ^^

Anywho, between my last journal entry and now I haven't had many lolita outings. I did have a mini-photoshoot for Animaid Cafe (it was purikura :D) and I did get to dress up for the local anime convention, Kawaii Kon. I didn't upload any of my pictures (I apologize oTL) and most of them I look terrible in >.< So I am sorry D:

BUT the best thing that has happened recently is my trip to Japan ^^ I did manage to get a couple of lolita items there (and a few lolitable items that I did not take a picture of >.>)

☆: Mini Lolita Meet-up :☆

After about a month of planning, our mini meet-up was today! It started out a little late (STUPID PUMP AT TESORO (￣へ ￣ 凸 ) but the day ended wonderfully♥

Our plans for the day were to have lunch at La Tour Cafe (which was AWESOME) and then head over to the local purikura shop! It was just me, Ashley, and Patrick for the outing. It was a ton of fun!!!

For once I remembered to bring my camera! I usually forget my camera (I know, I am terrible oTL), but I remembered! I should have taken more but, the food was just too good!! I got distracted (like normal oTL) Though purikura makes up for the lack of pictures☆

...Fail. I just remembered I did not take a full body shot of my coord today (*￣m￣) but I can list what I wore (which I will at the bottom of the post)

♔: Things I Need to Buy :♔

Since I am going to Japan in a few months (3 more to go baby!), I figured I should make a list of things I want/need to buy while I am there (lolita wise). There is a ton of games and anime figures I want but I have a pretty set list for that LOL Lolita wise, nope. My list is kind of all over so, I figure I should make one here so I don't forget >.<

(Warning this is kind of image heavy... I also will be editing this off an on before I leave just in case... Also blogger was being a pain so, I still have a few more to add oTL)

明けましておめでとう！

Okay so~ I am a little late with this blog >.> I got really sick on Christmas and I couldn't shake the cold till this past week... Also, I've been cleaning my room o:

First off, I would like to say I am FINALLY getting my room remodeled! I have been waiting for the past two years for this ( =3= ) I can finally say bye-bye to that cursed bookshelf that keeps on falling on me every time I try to grab something to read!! What brought this about is that my dad bought a new huge TV for the living room since it was dirt cheap ($940 w/ warranty for a 55" HD TV O.o). So we played TV musical chairs. The old living room TV went to my parents room and their old (but new) TV is going in mines. So in order to put the TV I have to repaint, get new flooring, and new furniture.... Sounds stupid for just a TV but man... having furniture that is falling apart and ready to kill you is not fun... Trust me on that. Hopefully me and my dad finish remodeling soon. I am not having fun sleeping in the living room and having to dig through a billion boxes just to find clothes....


On to lolita news! I have set out a few goals for New Years! It's my "Lolita New Year Resolution of 2010" list.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Hello everyone! This is my first real post! It's Christmas eve which makes things even better :3 I am a little under the weather but I really felt like updating!

It's my favorite holiday but for some reason, it doesn't really feel like Christmas this year =/ I don't really know why either... It kind of annoys me. My house is all decorated (looks like Christmas threw up in my house), a cute Christmas tree, and I got the majority of my friends gifts. I don't know if its the weather (I doubt it. It's been raining non-stop at my house for almost a week -.-) or if its the fact school was stressful, either way it doesn't feel like Christmas =/ Hopefully tomorrow is a good day ^^v I'm looking more forward to the food than gifts =/ Talk about fatty mode but I don't care >P I get to spend the day with my family and the boyfriend so thats all that matters. Hopefully I can shake most of my cold by tomorrow -.-

Just about two weeks ago (Wow I am late....) me and my group of local lolita friends had a mini get together. It was half-Xmas get-together and half-going away party to my new lolita friend, Tania. I am really sad she left us already and had to go back to the mainland (SHAME!) but I know she will be back soon :3 I miss her already....

Hello there internet!

...Wow that was odd. Anywho, this is my first blog in ages. I am new to blogger and don't really understand it well. I am still experimenting with the layout coding and such so please bear with the terrible looks of the place oTL

So I decided on the name "Tangled Lace" because... Well, my thoughts tend to be all over the place. The same goes for my hobbies and such. And lace well, I really like lolita fashion. So that is the reasoning behind my name. ^^b

So that is it pretty much for my first entry LOL It is 1am and I gotta finish reading for my literature class. /shot
